We offer in the classes ways to avoid and overcome bullying. We teach firmness and the power of words when the kids are expressing what they DONT like to be treated. We combat the bullying and teach about how people deserve be treated.
Discipline
Jiu Jitsu as all the martial arts teaches discipline, respect and conduct the student to build a character and be a great and example for the community and society. The discipline goes beyond improving good nutrition habits, better sleeping time giving to the practitioners the better quality of life. Jiu Jitsu is not only 1 hour class in the mats but the 24/7 lifestyle.
Self Confidence
Jiu Jitsu is a great teacher for create self confidence in the kids, teenagers and adults. The self improvement of ourselves leads to developing self confidence and then self love. Jiu Jitsu can heals depression and many other mental issues.

Aline Krisner has been practicing Jiu Jitsu for over 20 years and has lived in several parts in the world like Dubai, London, New York and recently Los Angeles with the objective to learn from the legends, always looking for attend the best Jiu Jitsu Schools in the world. As a student she passed by great masters like Roger Gracie and Renzo Gracie, ending up to the Checkmat Team being promoted as a black belt by Leo Vieira, the Checkmat founder, who became her master and mentor. Aline is a hungry competitor and also does super fights in private events like Fight To Win. Jiu Jitsu helped Aline overcome all the difficulties she has had in life and now she wants to do the same for the community. Aline has the gift of teaching and serving. Aline is a charisma teacher who conquers her students for her love of Jiu Jitsu.
