The Jiu Jitsu School Checkmat Kihei is a school for EVERYONE. Open the doors for the fist class on August 15th 2022. Specific classes of children, adults and female classes where women have their space within the school and learn from a woman. The school’s priority is the teaching of technical training and care to avoid all kinds of injuries. Kindness and essential learning within the school. We don’t form rude students. The school values characteristic values and is based on how to treat the next. Martial arts will go much further than techniques of struggle but the art of evolving and improving as a human being. The main goal is inspire and providing a comfortable place for having women safe, respected and comfortable.

We offer in the classes ways to avoid and overcome bullying. We teach firmness and the power of words when the kids are expressing what they DONT like to be treated. We combat the bullying and teach about how people deserve be treated.

Aline Krisner has been practicing Jiu Jitsu for over 20 years and has lived in several parts in the world like Dubai, London, New York and recently Los Angeles with the objective to learn from the legends, always looking for attend the best Jiu Jitsu Schools in the world. As a student she passed by great masters like Roger Gracie and Renzo Gracie, ending up to the Checkmat Team being promoted as a black belt by Leo Vieira, the Checkmat founder, who became her master and mentor. Aline is a hungry competitor and also does super fights in private events like Fight To Win. Jiu Jitsu helped Aline overcome all the difficulties she has had in life and now she wants to do the same for the community. Aline has the gift of teaching and serving. Aline is a charisma teacher who conquers her students for her love of Jiu Jitsu.
